- Sophisticare's customers understand that it is not always possible to have one carer, especially, during holidays and sickness where replacements need to be used, sometimes at short notice
- Sophisticare's customers understand that home carers will not always be exactly on time, traffic and unforeseen events can cause delays that will not be the fault of the carer
- Sophisticare's customers understand that carers are only able to do as much as they are able to fit in within the allocated time and if additional time/tasks are needed they should be pre arranged
- Sophisitcare's customers make every effort to advise their home carers if they are not going to be home when their call is due with as much notice as possible
- Sophisticare's customers understand the right of a carer to leave their home if they feel threatened or unsafe
